1. Distribution principle

3. All employees engaged in multi-work types of production operations shall be issued according to the standards of their main types of work.
4. Although there are provisions in the standard, it will not be issued if it is not required according to the actual situation.
1 The Quality and Safety Department is responsible for proposing the procurement plan of labor insurance supplies and supervising the quality of labor insurance supplies in storage.
2 The Material Department is responsible for the procurement of labor insurance supplies.
3 The custodian distributes labor insurance supplies according to the picking list.
3. Relevant requirements
1 The distribution of labor protection supplies shall comply with the company's labor protection supplies distribution standards. It is not allowed to expand or reduce the scope of distribution or convert it into cash without authorization.
2 The labor protection products issued to employees must be safety qualified products sold by labor protection product production units approved by the national or provincial labor administration department and labor protection equipment designated business units approved by the provincial labor administration department. Procurement, distribution, and use of fake and shoddy products are strictly prohibited.
3 After the quality and safety department and the personnel management department verify the current personnel and types of work, the quality and safety department will compile the labor insurance supplies distribution list, issue the labor insurance supplies picking list, and register on the picking ledger, and the employees can pick up the labor insurance warehouse with the picking list.
4 Workers who have long-term sick leave, recuperation or leave the production position for more than three months, should stop the distribution of labor insurance supplies or postpone the distribution time according to different circumstances.
5 For all employees whose positions and types of work change, their units should promptly notify the personnel department to change the enjoyment standards of labor insurance products. All new employees who enter the company must go to the Quality and Safety Department to go through the procedures for receiving labor insurance supplies with a three-level safety education card.
The labor insurance supplies lost by 6 individuals will no longer be reissued, and employees can purchase them at the price. The labor insurance supplies damaged by business shall be applied for by the person, signed by the department, and reissued after verification by the Quality and Safety Department.
